Worship

The worship of God is at the very heart of our life together.

We experience the mystery of God, hear and wrestle with God's word, share Christ's presence in the sacrament, feel God's love in community, and leave strengthened to live and serve in the world.

Our church offers inspiring and uplifting worship services. Through heartfelt sermons, powerful music, and creative expressions of faith, we aim to create an atmosphere that resonates with individuals seeking spiritual nourishment and growth.

Small Groups

Our small groups provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can share their experiences, seek guidance, and grow in faith together. From Bible studies to interest-based groups, we offer various opportunities to connect and form lasting bonds.

Children, Youth, and Families

Children’s Ministries at Christ Church are thoughtfully planned to engage children in the mysteries of our faith, the rhythms of our worship, and the work of God in the world. The spiritual and developmental needs of Christ Church’s children are a priority here, and children are an essential part of our life together as a church. You’ll find children at most services at Christ Church, especially the 10:00 a.m. service (and playing in the churchyard afterwards, of course!) Children are invited to attend Sunday School beginning at three years old.

Christ Church Youth Ministries exist to inspire, empower, and celebrate youth, in partnership with their families, to develop a life-long identity in the body of Christ. Youth in 6th-12th grades and their friends are welcome to participate in the youth ministry offerings at Christ Church.

Outreach & Volunteer Opportunities

The work of God is our vocation in our families and community. We look not to enlarge outreach at Christ Church but to deepen it. To see outreach not as a project, but a calling. We do not wish to improve ourselves, but to change the world on Christ's terms and to see the world with God's eyes.

We have no choice to make in matters of outreach. The parable of the Good Samaritan ends with these words from Jesus, "Go, and do thou likewise."

In grateful response to the love of God given to us in Jesus Christ, the faith community of Christ Church is called to live out Christ's love that brings transformation and new life, both within the Christ Church community and to our brothers and sisters who suffer from poverty, violence, and injustice.
