Our Calling, Our Campus

At the November 2021 meeting, the Vestry voted to seek a ground lease for the property at 112 N Washington Street, Fowler House. In order to negotiate a ground lease with a developer, by Church canons the parish must vote on a resolution to encumber parish property and transfer density rights.

We have already passed this resolution before, in 2019, but the newer resolution reflects updated information, particularly removing a specified space allocation for the parish’s use and leaving that allocation open-ended to allow for greater ability to negotiate.
